Workouts!

Hello lovelies

I really love to do workouts but sometimes life just get so busy…or I get lazy, something that we all go through, right? Well recently I’ve been active again and believe me, I feel much better already.

The thing about doing workouts is just to do it. Question yourself, do you really want to do nothing about your condition? Do you really want to stay lazy? I guess not. It’s good to have a partner to do those workouts with, but if there is nobody around, you just have to push yourself a bit harder.

You don’t need to go to the gym to get your body back into shape, you can do the things at home too! I don’t want to say that the gym isn’t good, it sure is to be honest! But like me, I’m trying to save up money these days, so I want to do exercises at home!

I try to run at least once a week with my friend, now we live closer, it’s much easier. But when we don’t have the time, I try to find some time to run alone. I find running entertaining, but only in the day, I don’t like to run alone in the evening, due the creepy people here in the streets.

The thing is, you need to make up your own schedule when you’re planning to do your workouts. So get your agenda and plan your workouts! Just keep in mind to keep at least one day for some rest.

Of course, I’m going to share my favorite workouts apps and videos that I use with you. But feel free to find some that fits you! ;)

I’ve downloaded some apps for my android phone, which might be useful to you too. I’m not sure if they’re for the Iphone too, but you’ll have many other apps that can be useful too!

Apps:

Runtastic - It keeps a track of your activity like running, walking, biking, jogging, etc. I use it every time when I’m going to run/jog outside since it also keeps a track of how many calories I’ve burned and how much I’ve run.

Sit Ups - This app keeps on track of your sit ups, so that you’re able to get to your max. goal of sit ups, my main goals for now is 200 sits ups since I don’t want to over-do it right away, but you can easily change your goal for more. It’s a good program to train your belly.  Who doesn’t want to look good?

Squads – This app is the same as the sit ups app, but you’re getting your squats done, maybe 100, 150 or 250 squats in a row!

I also made a list of workout videos on youtube, I’m going to share you one of my favorites!
